Hi, I'm Ben Kelly (DSFH, HPD, AfSFH, NCH). I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, based in Horwich, just outside of Bolton. I specialise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a unique blend of talking therapy and hypnosis. I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I am fully insured.

I live in Horwich with my partner, our foster daughter and our three cats.

I grew up with anxiety and suffered from depression throughout my teens and twenties, encountering various forms of therapies. I travelled the world trying to find an answer to my struggles. In the end, I found reprieve via trance work, and through this, a change of my mindset. This led me to a desire to help others and so I began training, in order to guide others through hypnosis, to enable them to change their ways of thinking and behaving.
